Every coach who knows the game of football is not meant to coach or mentor a child. Coaches are suppose to set a high standard at all times not just when it’s convienent for them and their so call image. Coaches should NOT lower themselves to the level of a minor nor should they allow an outside assistant coach tear the character of a child down. All children have different issues for various reasons but that does not give ANYONE reason to spread rumors or tear them down any way, form or fashion. All children should be lifted up by their leaders with uncondtional intention. When we as adults and coaches act like the children we should be trying to save we fail….and we let them and the generations to come…… down. I am excited about this year and I pray God that my son graduates so we will be free of the foolishness that goes on at KIPP Renaissance. I am a highly educated person and THIS is the worst experience I EVER had as a parent and my had achild evers a student.
