Dealing with extremely lazy staff in a Unified School District who consistently fail to answer phone calls and lack knowledge on how to handle walk-ins can create significant challenges. Having staff members that do not respond to phone calls can lead to frustrated parents, missed opportunities for timely communication, and a breakdown in the flow of vital information. Additionally, when personnel are unable to appropriately assist walk-in visitors, it creates a sense of confusion and frustration for both the visitors and the staff. It’s crucial for the staff within the Unified School District to be proactive in ensuring that phone calls are answered promptly and that there is a clear protocol in place for handling walk-ins. By addressing these issues, the district can enhance communication, improve customer service, and foster a more positive and efficient environment for all involved.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response to my phone calls and emails from the student support service and the Unified secretary. Despite reaching out to address my concerns, I have received no reply since last week. It is disheartening to see posts on social media showing staff members enjoying parties and barbecues while my inquiries go unanswered. I understand that efforts are being made to improve the services provided, but it is essential to also ensure that the staff is adequately trained on how to promptly and effectively respond to queries. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this matter and improve the communication channels for better customer service.
Extremely lazy and unmotivated staff , got worse after the pandemic !!! Although these teachers were the first ones to be vaccinated they all choose not to come back and stay at the comfort of their homes and teach for only 3 hours while get paid full time !!! They send surveys to parents who majority have moved out to low cost locations but want to take advantage of schools in Fremont by choosing online. The worst hit are children and no one seem to care !!
