There is a major problem with the disability support system at this school As an autistic student that needed teacher aid support they put me into the deff block due to my autism even though I was not hard of hearing there was a block called “The Craig Centre” although most of the students there were lower functioning then me so I felt really out of place there it seems like they only have a system for people who are lower functioning autistic. The classes were way too advanced for me and I did not understand what was being thought I ended up switching schools due to these factors. NOTE: this was back in 2020 so things might have changed since then. If you have a kid who has a disability like autism then I suggest you don’t send them to this school. You should consider Awatapu as they have a brilliant disability system that allows you to go further and they have different classes for different skill levels

Report harassers / offer user protection plans / actually find a way to protect students

Students are now prohibited from Uber (if you’re running late, there’s no point of trying to get to school on time now)

It’s a high-school with large sports grounds and access to the swimming pool next door. My son attended the Craig Centre for children who need extra learning support. I now attend a group there myself.
