Again, I am teaching my favorite subjects and nothing else, maybe that is why I am so happy to do my work, but it is so much so:)
I love the support of our leader Nicole, I love the how supportive and super friendly are the other teachers!
And most importantly, we are in charge of our teaching approaches based on individualization and personalized circumstances and characteristics of a student. That lets us teach as much productively as we would like to be taught.

Update: 4 Months later… I STILL love working here. I’m having a substantial effect on students and I’m able to help them individually by catering to their interests and strengths. I wish I had Fusion when I was in school.
