If you need to attend a program for ANY REASON, AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. I was providing transportation to a person who voluntarily enrolled here due to a pending case. Words cannot describe the cruelty and badgering I heard about- specifically from Christine. Apparently this person missed her calling as a drill sergeant. Driving people to tears, throwing items at people, screaming incomplete instructions and embarrassing folks is her best and only “skill.” This is simply a profit center and NO PLACE to gain wisdom for any transgression. Phone calls and harassment don’t even end if you elect to drop out. Pure hell. Zero ?? ‘s
Patricia is very impatient and won’t let you finish the sentence, needs customer service skills and she hung up in my face when I told her that what she was saying was not what I was trying to ask and if she just let me finish then she would know what I was asking. She hung up and did not answer when I called back I want to talk to her supervisor and or director hopefully that women Patricia is not neither one.
Only writing a review because back then in 2019 when I had to do an 18 months dui program, Mark was the best counselor. Who understood your problems and made sure you dont have to pay any late additional fees. I just wish I can call him and tell him the situation Im going through now, he would of give me the best advice.
