A wonderful school. Mrs Thomas and her staff have been fantastic. All children receive a great deal of support, there are a wide variety of extracurricular activities provided by the teachers and educational needs of the children are monitored and assisted when required.

The teachers and staff are friendly and responsive even at the end of term when they need a well deserved break! Highly recommended.

My child has been going to this school for 7 years. Unfortunately my child’s experience has been an extremely poor one at this school, I would strongly not recommend this school. If you want to progress your child and have them supported this is not the school for you.
I gave my trust and confidence in believing this would be a good opportunity for my child to have a great education with support, however it has not been the case. I have spoken many times to the school and unfortunately nothing was addressed. They choose and pick when to do something .
There are some children who are misbehaving badly and a bad influence on others and the teachers refuse to see it.They choose and pick when they take action .
I would not recommend this school to any one.
When I was looking for a school for my first child I wanted a place that felt like home, that had some culture and something unique. And we found it all in Garfield. My daughter always liked her teachers, any problems we had (a quarrel with a friend, some family problems) were easy to discuss and things got sorted. When my second child went to school we didn’t even consider any other schools. Garfield has its character: cartoon heros on the walls, new castle at the entrance, tree made by kids at the reception, golden ticket tradition, celebrations and special days. Children are not just taught and looked after, they are loved and cared for. If you want to know more how it is on the inside join PTA 🙂
Used to be a student and even though the school looks small you get taught a lot we made volcanos that erupted in year 1 did Macbeth in the same year in year 4 we did William Shakespeare and if you pay for the club (not sure if it’s still there) afc Wimbledon teaches you football my name is Ashton Hall
Ms Lucia and her staff were amazing. The children too were s delight to teach in our planetarium!
