I went to this school in year 5 and 6, it prepared me for high school but the teachers were not very attentive. Around 2 years ago a student brought contraband, (a pointy metal object from a kitchen) to the school, they threatened our classmates and waved it around in their faces, and only got suspended for 2 weeks. This was so disappointing, as a school this wasn’t the right move at all. Our parents were extremely worried and were against this useless punishment. Principals, if you’re going to be worried about the students wellbeing, then worry about student voice because you definitely did not listen.
My daughter goes here, she told me how she enjoys the classes and activities. Her teacher is very attentive and understand what she needs and what to improve on, it was great to hear the stories during parent teacher meetings.
The building is quite new so the facilities are modern and clean, hopefully it will stay clean for years to come. Of course being a new school they are a bit lacking in things like library books and permanent classroom buildings but they are consistently improving it.
Overall happy that my child is thriving here.
first of all the people who put bad ratings missed out DANIEL ANDREWS came to the school on 15 march 2023 also it has the best teachers im just gonna name a few mr maitland the best teacher i met and the school is very fun and i like the style the only flaw is this teacher called ms golick she acts like the boss and tells people off for no reason my freind asked how old i was she told us off said we had to stay in at lunch and said she knows that tiktok trend then gave us a geography lesson about asia but overall the school is good the principal is the best so i give it 5 stars
