As a student of gelong east primary school I have had a great experience in this school and I am proud to be part of this school
as a year 7 that now goes to a different school i am so glad i’m out of there. the teachers are so rude and always disrespect all of the students, it’s horrible. when i went to geelong east i would ride my bike every day even though the bike sheds were so bad, would not recommend this school.
Just a real disappointment after 5 years, with two students. Started out great but the school has become a massive let down – and it starts at the top with the Principal & Deputy. Very poor discipline and behavior support program and outdated policy, with staff recommending you have your child medicated to attend school!. Teachers come and go, 3 in one year for a 3/4 class in 2019! Consider other schools first – put GEPS at the bottom.
Staff are very professional. They take the time to communicate with parents and students. They seem to really enjoy their job, which is what you’d want in a classroom.
Great teachers, good learning environment. Lots of space
