Our children have been with GCS since its first year (2019) and we have witnessed their growth, both academically and personally. We are proud to be a part of GCS, which gives immense exposure to children and encourages them to look further and aim higher. Thank you for constantly preparing them for today and for a future that cannot happen without such wonderful, friendly teachers who are family to the kids and parents.

I have my two kids there, Year 2 and Year 9. The teachers are just amazing. Ms. Chloe has been excellent at teaching my little one, and Ms. Vidhi has been a great support for my older child. Both of my kids love to go to school.
Appreciation alert! Ms. Ujwala Prabhakar – Thanks a ton!

Registrars! Unsung heroes! The face of every school!

We recently enrolled our two children during Term 3 due to a transfer within the Emirates.
Guess what! We made the right decision choosing GCS. One of the many reasons was our interaction with the registrar, Ms. Ujwala, which gave us confidence.
Her compassion and helping nature are commendable. She has been positively influencing many parents. She is extremely committed, working behind the scenes with a positive attitude and a willingness to help in whatever capacity necessary. Overall, she provided great, comprehensive support throughout our admission journey. The kids are super excited, and they have great teachers with a super commitment level; there is no undue pressure on the kids, and the teachers are always responsive. Once again, thanks to Ms. Ujwala for giving us the confidence and helping the kids to be a part of GCS’s ecosystem.

I currently have three daughters enrolled in the school; two of them recently joined during the second term. My main reason for transferring them from their previous school was to provide them with a positive learning environment that promotes good mental health and a readiness for learning. I am grateful for the comprehensive support offered to students in all aspects of their lives, preparing them not only academically but also instilling a global mindset to face real-life challenges.
As a GEMS parent, I will be moving to Sharjah next year, and I would like to enroll my daughter in this school. Although I made an appointment twice for a school tour, I was not given one. When I explained that I don’t speak Arabic and my English is limited, the reception staff laughed amongst themselves. Each time, my designated guide told me he couldn’t show me around and proceeded to leave me at the table to chat with his friends. When I asked him a question, he would answer curtly and turn away. I have never encountered such behavior at my daughter’s current school and was shocked by this treatment.

I traveled 55 km from Dubai and was only 5 minutes late. I then waited for your colleague for 10 minutes. Are you suggesting my brief tardiness is unacceptable? This is absurd for an institution like yours.

The following year, I withdrew my child from GEMS schools and enrolled her in a new one. While I value personal respect, I appreciate the poor treatment I received.

Love this school because of the school rules, kids’ involvement, frankly jolly behavior, cooperative staff, well-trained teachers, awareness related to all study fields, and the Thursday meet-ups with parents with refreshments and coffee. I had useful conversations with the teachers, management, and parents. We discussed all of their rules and awareness about mental and physical health and also related studies.
I do not recommend this school if your child is in secondary school (Years 7–9). They will face a terrible amount of bullying and stress from their studies. Moreover, the school does not offer the best quality of education. Teachers do not teach; they just sit there and read from the slides. Later, they scold us about “waking up at 7:00 a.m. to come here and teach” when they are not even doing anything. My experience at this school is terrible; I do not recommend it at all. I would absolutely give this school a zero. If your child is sensitive and kind, they should not attend this school at this age. If you don’t believe me, enroll your children and watch them come home sad every day because their classmates make fun of them, talk trash about them, or even spread false rumors about them. However, if you think your child can handle that, then go ahead.

One benefit of the school is that it offers a good IGCSE program, but unfortunately, there are no professional teachers. Overall, if your son or daughter is in KS4 or sixth form, I would recommend this school—if you don’t mind the limited IGCSE options.

If you are a student reading this (from Years 7–9), listen to me: you don’t want to attend this school. The staff is really strict and will get you in trouble for no reason or because of a false complaint. The facilities might seem fascinating, but you won’t be allowed to use them. For example:

**Library:** You will only be allowed to visit the library once a week to get a book, and you won’t be able to return it unless you take a quiz about the book. If you don’t pass the quiz, you still won’t be able to return the book. You must finish it, pass the test, and then return it. Either way, you will be forced to return the book, even if you haven’t finished it, at the end of a term.

**Science Labs:** You will only visit the science labs once every two to three weeks, or even once a month, and you won’t be doing an experiment. You will just go there to write the learning objective. This year, we only did four experiments: placing copper in water, chromatography, an electric circuit, and placing random metals in water
