Good school for kids above grade 1. For KG kids, they change the time, and small kids suffer a lot. They wait more than 30–45 minutes for higher-grade kids. The total time spent on the bus on hot afternoons is more than 1.5 hours at return time. Supervisors and the principal do not listen and only give lame excuses all the time. Do not get admission for kindergarten. Kids get weak and sick due to 8–9 hours spent at school and on the bus. The before-care time for kindergarten was 11:30, which they changed to save money. Worst decision. They do not listen to feedback anywhere, and even the KHDA does not support parents.
This school only cares about students who are good at academics. If you’re not, that’s it. This school isn’t for you. They’ll either kick you out or make your life miserable.
For me, the teachers would ask me questions, knowing I was different and needed help. I had serious mental health issues and personal problems, but nobody cared. Instead, they compared me to my intelligent classmates and friends, making me feel worthless and stupid just because I didn’t know an answer or was bad at academics.
In parent-teacher meetings, the teachers would act like they cared about me, but it was all an act. They made things worse. As a teacher, you need to understand a child’s issues, but instead, I was made fun of in front of the whole class. I was mocked because I was weak academically.
The constant humiliation and lack of support left me feeling completely isolated and hopeless. Every day was a reminder that I didn’t belong, that I wasn’t good enough. The teachers showed no empathy, and my self-esteem was crushed. This school didn’t just neglect me; it actively made my life worse. The pain and scars from those years still haunt me, and I can’t forget how terrible it was.
This school is nice, but it needs to align with the modern world. Today’s world emphasizes artificial intelligence and robotics, but the school focuses only on academics. They need to focus on what is in demand today. However, the massive building and facilities are nice.
The school is good overall. However, the fees are very high, and the school is not meeting expectations. There should be more extracurricular activities, such as karate. While the fees are already high, the school charges extra for some tests, which is unreasonable. The school should consider what justifies these high costs and make significant improvements.
Good morning, I am a young father of a young daughter. I sent her to this school, and she came back the next day complaining about mold. Please address the condition of your buses as well; the bus driver is a little person, which is inappropriate and potentially unsafe, as he may not be able to see the road properly. Additionally, the bathrooms have an unpleasant odor.
P.S. I would have given zero stars if I could.
Teachers are not bothered about children’s understanding of the subject; their main target is to complete the portion as per KHDA. I have requested many times for them to take an interest in students who are not doing well, but to no avail. Only students whose parents/aunts or someone with a good connection to the school study here get benefits, not other children.
The school has increased the hours for kindergarten, stating that the children are not getting proper development and growth. They will be adding extra activities and studies until 1:30 p.m. If they are going to have such long school hours for kindergarten students, then what about higher grades? According to their logic of increasing the time for kindergarten, they should think about increasing the time for higher grades as well because there are many more things to learn and study.
Many parents are worried because of the new schedule. Children are coming home so tired. It’s not easy for four or five-year-olds to stay for such a long time at school. The school should reconsider this change.
