My daughter ?? loves her new school. She has met so many people that are just like her. This has made her into a little social butterfly ??. I can see that these teachers,counselors,coaches, ParaPros and lunch staff were doing this job because they love ?? what they do. They have compassion for their kiddos ?? ?? I love Georgia Academy for the Blind. She’s only been going there for a little over a month now and I’m really just amazed ?? ?? at how much she’s ?? ?? blossomed.
The politics of the workplace environment are intolerable. I witnessed some horrific treatment of some very honorable and capable staff members. Most of the staff truly care about the students. The work is rewarding. The pay is adequate. Keep in mind that doing your job may not be enough. Must play the game of keeping out of harm’s way where the office elite are concerned.
