BEWARE OF COST!!! Came in for 3/4 partial foil and was ripped off. Cost listed was $35 and up with additional color cost of $10. Tried charging me $105 and when I refused immediately called the cops. I cant even explain how unprofessional this teacher is to begin with yelling at her students across the room in front of everyone. And then to be way over charged? I asked why I was paying so much and they said they had to use 3 times the color. Im sorry that still puts us at $65. When cops arrived they also added they needed extra foils. Literally never again and its unfortunate because I loved my original hair stylist (had multiple).
They dont tell you how long you have to wait and you will be waiting at lest an hour. A new student does facials with no one guiding her and she doesnt know at all. Then pedicure was a done as a change of color. Take out the nail polish, put top coat without waiting for acetone to dry, and immediately put one coat of nail polish. Not smooth, not taking care of cuticle, or washing the feet
and the young girl had no idea on how to do a pedicure and nobody there came to tell her how to do it. Waste of time and money.
Rosario is absolutely amazing!!! She has years of experience. She understands her clients needs. She definitely understood my hair and what I want. I hardly had to explain it. She knows how to run a group of people and match the client with the student. She nurtured my experience and process the entire time I was there. She knows what she’s doing and she knows what needs to be done. She’s very trustworthy. Come here and you won’t be disappointed.
