We toured this school in hopes of enrolling our son for Kindergarten. One of the first concerns we addressed with the front office staff and the tour guide was if it would be any issue that my fiance and I are not legally married. They ensured us it wouldn’t be an issues and that their only requirement for enrolling is that ONE adult in the home is Christian and believes in God. We did the tour, asked our questions and completed the enrollment packet. It took a couple weeks but after leaving several voicemails to check the status of our son’s enrollment application, the principal finally called. She told me she reviewed the application and read my testimony and everything looked good. She then went on to say that as soon as I can provide her with a legal certificate of marriage she will move forward to enroll our son. I countered her with the argument that for all intents and purposes we are married. We live together for the last 5 years, have 2 children together, go to church together, are engaged, bought a home together, etc. Her argument was that the bible says a man and a woman have to be married to have children. I reminded her that as far as anyone’s concerned, in the eyes of God we are married. I reminded her that government issued marriage licenses did not exist during God’s commandments nor when the bible was written. She agreed and then argued in response that scripture says we are to follow the authority of our government. When I replied that there is no authority of our Government that says to have children a couple must obtain a legal marriage certificate her only response was “This is a moot point. As soon as you can drop a marriage license on my desk I can proceed with your son’s enrollment.” This school is the EPITOMY of hypocrisy against Christianity! Judgement aside, God commanded his followers to invite and welcome “sinners” into the church and witness to them. To add insult to injury, the status of our relationship holds NO bearing on our child’s beliefs in God or his right to a Christian education! I wonder, would this woman also turn away her grandson who was born out of wedlock? Or her daughter who has a tattoo??
Agritopia 1st grade

I gave 2 stars because the facilities are nice, however my child’s teacher was very disingenuous.
After sharing with her teacher on many levels and many times about a medical situation she spread rumors to other teachers who so rudely wrote me a email about my child’s inability to follow along in music due to her medicine, etc.

I would hear how wonderful she was doing one week, then hear how horribly far below expectation she was performing the next week, to hearing how she is chosen for the national christian spelling bee.
I would write notes in hopes of understanding what was going on only to receive the same short answer EVERY time, “Needs to practice at home”, I put my child in tutoring weekly, and we practiced at home, yet the teacher didn’t want to see that it could’ve been something happening in the classroom because, well, that would mean she was failing at her job.
I don’t understand how a teacher with a masters in teaching has such a hard time with only 11 students and 5-7 volunteers who cover all her reading/bible/math stations etc.

She made my child feel awful as she would write these things on her folder for her to see.

The school is very money motivated, you even had to pay for Trunk-Or-Treat, its ridiculous.
The botox, and fake body image is also a sour note in my PERSONAL opinion because it teaches our children you have to be fake and perfect to be accepted in this world.

I thought this would be a great school, it was a disaster.

No Thanks!

Most caring Christian’s, Helping those in need. May the school & all the Christian’s & its affiliates be blessed with God’s BEST blessings
