Our girls are very exciteable large breed Bernedoodles so I always worry they’re going to be too bouncy .
As soon as they pull up in the car they go completely nuts with excitement looking forward to seeing the girls and having a bath.
I really wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else tbh because I no our girls are happy and will have a pleasant experience not a stressful one.
I no one time I was collecting them I looked in through the window and saw one being groomed whilst the other was being cuddled whilst waiting for her sister.
We’ve also had one of our girls teeth done which we were happy with the results so just waiting for another appointment for the back teeth.

Took my boy here yesterday for the first time. Very happy. Easy to park, lovely staff, much better service than i have had elsewhere, and my boy is clean, and very happy with his hair cut, definitely recommend.
Kirsty and Ellie do such a great job on my boy. My dog is not the easiest (and that’s putting it politely), but they have been so patient with him and seem to be getting better every time. He’s been going there for nearly two years now, and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.
I have a unusual breed and worried about groomers in the area not knowing the breed standard. Nikki knew exactly what to do. She is knowledgeable of standards to different breeds and my little man looked and smelt beautiful when he came out. He wasn’t too sure about going in as it was his first time but it honestly took the girls 2 mins to coax him in tail wagging. He was so happy and relaxed. They give a lovely little puppy pamper pack and I love the first photo touch included! Worth every penny. Surroundings are lovely and never had any trouble parking. Win win all around. Give them a go if you need a groomers!
I started my level 2/3 C&G back in October and have just finished. I enjoyed every minute of it at Gillsmans. Nikki and kirsty are really lovely, knowledgeable ladies, they taught me so much and I appreciated everything they did to help me reach my goal in being qualified. I loved the fact we as students were given dogs from day 1 to get stuck right in, and they were both there to help and assist with anything you needed but also not over your shoulder constantly which I liked as it showed me they had belief in me in what I was doing from what I had already learnt. They were both professional but also we had many a laugh and a cry, they helped me to feel confident and proud of what I was achieving. Anyone who would like to study dog grooming I highly recommend learning here at Gillsmans 100%. You will not regret it.
