Really Unorganized. Registration for both my children was Students running the whole thing. NONE knew what was what. My kids didnt even get a school ID that year. Graduation Practice same thing. My daughter stood in line for her tixs and the Asst Principals yes there is More then 1 stood around watching the chaos. My daughter came from a private school and her first year at Wilson she had a Horrible teacher. The kids in EVERY period Petition to have her Removed and finally mid-year they did. Now I hear they have another that sleeps all day during class and doesnt teach at the end of the year he give a Final and if you dont pass then you FAIL! What is with this school. I will definitely be thinking about this when my next child hits High School.
This school is a joke. I was struggling a lot in school (due to what I later found out was bipolar disorder) and when my mom called the school therapist, she refused to do an evaluation and told my mom I was just on drugs. This was over one phone call- I had never met her! My brother also was getting tested for Autism and they refused to give him a diagnosis, telling my mom to get the diagnosis outside the school. During my junior year I also had 27 truancies and the attendence office never did ANYTHING about it. Its easy to slip through the cracks here with such a neglectful staff. I barely graduated because of my disorder, despite asking for help from the school multiple times. This school is a disgrace.
This might be a long shot. But, I had a couple of great friends who attended this school. Would be nice to reconnect, as fun time were had. They’re names were Jennifer, kind of dark and her friend Amanda, fair skinned. Unfortunately I forgot their last names. If anybody could direct me to them, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
