My experience as a teacher at Global Indian International School has been incredibly rewarding, and it’s been almost six years at GIIS. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal growth of my students. I would highly recommend GIIS to both educators and parents seeking a nurturing and inclusive environment for their children’s education. GIIS places a strong emphasis on holistic education, catering not only to academic excellence but also to the overall development of each student. I have witnessed the school’s commitment to nurturing students’ talents and interests beyond the classroom. The school encourages teachers to incorporate technology, interactive activities, and real-world experiences into the curriculum, making learning engaging and meaningful.
My daughter is a 7th-grade student here at GIIS. The teachers are really good at explaining concepts simply and practically with many examples and activities. They also promptly reply to parents’ queries and take time to understand our suggestions. I am glad to see the school providing such a welcoming and familial culture.
The school maintains a good rapport with the parent community by taking our feedback through forms and direct meetings to discuss children’s progress. Additionally, the parent portal keeps us informed about all upcoming exams and events. We truly appreciate these initiatives.
Teachers and staff are warm and helpful, and my son has been enjoying his journey at this school. We, as parents, are happy with his academic progress. Some good teachers have left the school this year, and we are hoping the children will not be affected by this! We would appreciate it if more sports were included during school or before/after school hours. One book from the library should be allowed to be taken home every week for reading.
After visiting five schools that offered seats in Dubai, we narrowed it down to Global Indian International School for our daughters. The school has a global presence and offers a hybrid CBSE curriculum. The teachers here are very observant. They are approachable and bond well with their students. They guide the children in the right direction to realize their true potential. Our daughters have been offered appropriate platforms to perform and have received recognition, too. Tami and Omni, the school robots, and the RISE curriculum are highlights of the school. The teaching and non-teaching staff is very helpful and understanding in resolving any issue. We are glad to have chosen GIIS, Dubai.
My daughter Tanishka has been with GIIS Dubai since Grade 1 and will be continuing in Grade 4. We are happy with the school; the teachers, their greatest asset, have been very supportive and cooperative throughout. Management is also open to suggestions and feedback (both positive and negative) and does its best to incorporate these as much as possible. The school has made great efforts in enhancing the overall education journey and making it more holistic.
I appreciate how the teachers at GIIS genuinely care about my child’s academic growth and well-being. The sense of community at GIIS is wonderful; it feels like a second home for my child. I’m thrilled with the school’s commitment to offering a diverse range of programs and resources that cater to my child’s individual needs and interests.
