Didn’t have the best experience. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I started training at another facility. The airplanes are really old and many had issues. the instructor Brandon Low was very distracted, often times on his phone while in air, had to repeat questions frequently due to this distraction. The final straw for me was I found some discrepancies in the information he was teaching me. He would write incorrect terms on the white board which I would later use in my groundschool because I trusted that he was correct as he was a CFI. Unfortunately not. I found myself having to re-learn what he taught me. The moral of the story, do your research, trust your gut. don’t settle! There are too many CFIs in our area to settle for inexperienced, distracted ones. Hopefully sharing my experience will save you some time and money.
