1st. The price is crazy they want to charge so much money for unprofessionalism, non punctuality, and there employees being distracted? 2nd. It takes 3min to get started, kids actually being in the water ready to learn. Because sometimes the instructors aren’t in there places or too busy talking to other coworkers. OVERALL DISTRACTED….. 3rd. They call the parents to come join the last 5 mins of the class but technically this is release time. Because as soon as they see you are walking in, they dismiss the kids. With there still being 4 mins ON THE CLOCK!!! Like WHAT??? HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! A MONTH! $110+? It’s just RIDICULOUS. 3-4 kids per instructor, 30 mins divided it’s about 8-10 mins PER KID or less.

We started with them 2 year ago but this past year has been down falls that we just decided to drop out. Honestly, I used to be so much for this place but now instructors don’t pay attention. If this place is looking for a solution to there time then each class should start 5 mins after dismiss time, giving the customers the actual 30MINUTES WE ARE SIGNING UP AND BEING CHARGED FOR!! That way we actually get the 30mins and the instructors have 5 mins to get into there places and focus to teach and letting the next class started ON TIME!

My daughter went in for a trial class today and I was not impressed. Some of the staff were not very friendly and then her instructor flirted with the life guard the entire class. After class I asked her why they were talking so much and her response was “Oh you know boyfriend and girlfriend stuff. They were saying if someone was single then they would totally go for her.” So not only was the attention not fully on our daughter but conversations that shouldn’t be had while the children are in the water in their care should be hearing. I chose this place because it was supposed to be one of the best but after our experience I do not feel comfortable with paying for lessons that my child wouldn’t fully receive because the instructors are not fully invested in their job.
This place is wonderful. My kiddo went from terrified of his free lesson to being the first one ready to go in his actual lessons! During the trial, a woman worked with him throughout the half hour to make him feel safe in the water and it was such a relief for me as a parent that it was such a big focus for them.
My child is so excited to learn and his teacher is very patient, focused and calm which is so needed for my child! My child trusts him which is very important!
The facility is perfect, plenty of changing room area and the lessons are very small group lessons which means my child is not overwhelmed with lots going on.
I highly recommend having a trial lesson if they still offer those!!
