After taking my daughter to her weekly classes for a year starting around 4months, the confidence I see her in the water is truly thanks to Goldfish. After coming for so long to her classes and swimming at their family swim, we’re always greeted nicely at the front desk. It’s nice to hear from the lifeguards, and staff be greeted even with our name.

When classes are ready to start they have this area where kids can color to buy time and their front desk rotates toys to take home weekly.

What really makes me want to write this 5 star review, is really how the staff and lifeguards are to the kids and parents. If my daughter is sick, misses a class they’re so easy to redeem a make up class with no hassle. Everyone’s polite and I’m a big believer on first impressions.

The cleanliness of the facility, the changing room, and showers are up kept, and always have a stock full of soap to wash.

I will 100 % recommend any parent to get their child in the water at a young age. My daughter is almost 2, and for the small things, climbing out of the pool, jumping in the water, allowing me to dunk her and dive under water with no crying is really thanks to you guys.

My daughter is 4 now and has been going to Goldfish in Strongsville for a year. She was in Juniors 2 for 6+ months, which we were a bit concerned about, but consistently progressing. I really need to call out Grace, the swim instructor. Once she was put with my daughter, I feel that she really started to make great improvements. Within a week of making it to Juniors 3 she progressed to Gliders 2.

The point being, the progress my daughter has made in the past year, from getting more comfortable with the water, learning water safety, front and back stroke, back float, etc. has been tremendous. You definitely need to pay a premium at Goldfish but the 4:1 student to teacher ratio is fantastic. There have been numerous times it’s been 2:1 or even 1:1. Make up classes and family swim are just added bonuses. We are thrilled that my daughter was placed in Grace’s Gliders 2 class! She’s fantastic but almost all of the teachers have been so patient with the kids and provide solid instruction.
