I am blown out of the water with how great of an experience my family is having at Goldfish Swim School Cromwell! I have twin boys, 3yrs old and they are a handful for sure, I was nervous at first, but that was until I actually walked in the doors and felt welcomed and reassured. Just the ratio of staff to student is reassuring itself. So clean and a happy environment. The pools are not deep and kept at 90 degrees and not having to be a parent in the water with them is a game changer. The instructors provide an update after each class. We have been attending for a month now and I only wish I knew about this school sooner.
The staff is great and the facility is beautiful !! My son unfortunately started the year with a minor head injury that kept him out of lessons for a while and the manager and everyone I dealt with was so so accommodating! I highly recommend if you’re considering this place stop in … I can’t believe how clean it is !! My son cried like crazy the first class … by the second time he was fine – that speaks volumes to the teachers they have!
