My sister and I both graduated from Graham. When my sister was younger a teacher recognized that my sister was more advanced for her grade and helped her skip a grade so that she was where she needed to be. I had nothing but great experiences with this school. I currently have two children in Graham one in elementary and one in middle school. My middle schooler has autism and ADHD and they have gone above and beyond to help me with him and I couldn’t be more thankful. Neither of my children are in sports at the moment and no plans on being in wrestling so that is not a factor at all! I actually moved back into Graham district for my children because the faculty are right there to help when needed and are always nice and friendly unlike my children’s previous school that would act annoyed when you simply called to pick a child up for an appointment.
I graduated from this school. If you weren’t thin and had the right last name forget it. You became an outcast. My grandson went to kindergarten there. He was no angel, but has seizures, and adhd. Well he was always being told to sit down, and they constantly watching him to make a mistake.
When he did so something right, they never praised, or encouraged him. When I left this school Mr. McCunn was the wrestling coach. That was when academics were more important than sports.
Now all they care about is wrestling and state championships. Academics is way down on the list. I would never recommend this school in any way shape or form.
2018 District Track Meet ran smoothly and professionally!
