My son and daughter have been attending Anthem Preparatory Academy for three years, but now I have decided to enroll them into another school. The upkeep of the school is downright concerning! In the upstairs level, there are several roof leaks which are a concern to safety of everyone. My daughter has mentioned to me that there is a lack of lighting in the girls bathroom, which is also a hazard to girls safety. The campus itself is also a concern as it is exceeding its capacity, and many of the students are cramped together. Not to mention, the school has a very unpleasant odor as it is located next to a sewage facility. These are just a few of the several problems with the school, would not recommend to any family or friend of mine.
THIS SCHOOL IS BAD!!! My children come home everyday distressed and crying over this school. They no longer enjoy school or the learning as it used to be. The excessive amounts of homework given by teachers is exhausting to not only our children but us as parents as well. The standards set in the classroom are unrealistic and unobtainable for students.This is not how a school should be directed, students should enjoy the environment and, not be burndened with the abundance of work load!
