Guidepost Castle Hills has been such a blessing to my daughter and our family! She started the first week the campus opened and has grown immensely since. I love how diverse the school is, the events they host and how supportive theyve been with us through many different life events.
Her teachers, Mrs. Jodi and Ms. Auanna are two of the most amazing guides. Children and parents alike love them so much! My daughter has always been a quick learner but this school has made her more independent and given her life skills that I know shell carry with her forever.
She wakes up eager to go to class and never forgets to pray for her Guidepost family before going to sleep. It warms my heart as a mom to know how much she loves her school.
I love Guidepost and can’t say enough wonderful things about them! All of the guides and admin staff are amazing and truly care about the kids. My oldest has been here since they opened, and he has learned so much and is thriving! When I had to go back to work after my second baby, I felt so at ease leaving him with the amazing staff. Guidepost is also the only true Montessori I have found in the area, and I have toured a LOT of schools. There aren’t restrictions on the use of the word “Montessori” in Texas, so there are many daycares that claim to be Montessori but are not. The quality of education is very different, so if Montessori principals are important to you, Guidepost is absolutely the way to go.
Had a less than pleasant experience working here. Loved the kids but management is horrible and doesn’t know how to do their job. Multiple times they had been informed of a teachers abusive behavior towards staff and students yet nothing was done and the teacher was not even talked to. I couldn’t stand to work in such an environment so I had to leave. Don’t let their fake smiles fool you, they care nothing about you or your children, you are just money to them. They will blatantly lie to your face about your children and pretend that everything is fine.
