Honestly I wouldn’t recomend this school. The staff and teachers are too strict ,rude, mean, and give detentions for no apperent reason and without a warning. At first you might feel comfortable in this school but after a week or two it’s easy to get annoyed by the horrible treatment by the teachers. The school is usually clean everywhere except bathrooms, the spill out,and the cafeteria. I’m in the first year and I’m already planning to go to another school. Most bathrooms are usually locked the whole day except for one which is the dirtiest and most disgusting of all. Water bottles were banned because one kid had the awful idea of bringing alcohol in the bottle and ruining it for all of us. There’s also to much bulling and discrimination at this school. Kissing and holding hands are banned and there’s a three second rule for hugging, touching someone,or putting your arms around anyone. The kids at this school are irresponsible and careless. In order to get to your class you need to push and squeez through the stampede of people . These are just a few of the many imperfections of the school. I’ll honestly say that I do not whatsoever recomend this school to anyone and the only reason I stayed throughout the year was because of my friends. I hope this helped you somehow and good luck!
I would never recommend this school to anyone for many reasons. For starters the staff is very careless for what goes on with the students. On numerous occasions I went to visit my counselor Ms.Perez in regards to absences and tardies that were not correct. There were many times that I actually had to talk to a counselor that wasn’t of my grade level (Ms.Shaw) because, my counselor would either never help me with my situations or was never available. The situation with my absences and tardies still remain unsolved because my counselor never called me down like she said she would to fix my problem. The school is very filthy, and the kids are very involved in drugs. Certain areas throughout the smelled like weed and the staff doesn’t do anything about it .My 8th grade year was a disappointment and to top it off they didn’t have a ceremony for us. This shows that they don’t even care about the students. Teachers procrastinate when its time to put in grades, they choose what and what not to grade which isn’t fair for the students who put a lot of time into their work.
This school is a joke. Nice teachers but the counselors are horrible. I spent my 8th grade year being harassed by a male student verbally and physically on multiple occasions such as pushing me, spitting on me, calling me racial slurs and it once resulted in him reaching into my back pocket and throwing my phone. When all of these incidents occurred there were other students present and watching. But still the counselors never took any action to punish the student when I would report these incidents. this student even had a past record of assault but the counselors never took it seriously and he was never punished for what he did to me. This school also has so many broken things that they will never bother to fix, and there are so many physical fights there and it just was not the kind of atmosphere I expected at school,
