Please dont send your child here. My daughter came home with unexplained bruises and bite marks. The issues have been addressed to the daycare but it only became worse. My child has begged me not to send her back because they dont like me there shes 4.. a child should never feel left out or not included. They send her home with notes because she had started fighting back my child is a child of color and from reading these comments it tells me that could possibly be the reason. The world is scary enough I shouldnt have to worry about my child at DAYCARE being bullied and teachers doing nothing to help or prevent it. She also said the new teacher is very mean and yells often. She says the big one with brown hair
my child will not be returning here.
This place has been amazing. We moved here about a year ago and my daughter has done extremely well. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure the kids and the parents are known; they also make sure to meet the needs of parents. Communication has been key for us. My daughter can be wild and they always call when she gets hurt or if something is out of the element for her. They are in constant communication via emails and phone calls if I am needing something or have a concern. I am happy with the support from the teachers as well as the administrative side of the business.
Happy Trails takes such good care of my 2 year old daughter. We brought her in after a more “budget friendly” day care had provided less than satisfactory care. Seeing as what the staff has done to care for her, and the other children, there is no other place to take your child. They do water play days in the summer, apply sunscreen, amd that is above checking your child every hour for wet or dirty diapers. Happy Trails can not be beat by any other day care facility in Yuma!
