It’s an hard working school with staff who cares about the kids. Is it perfect no, no school is perfect it’s impossible. Whether it’s charter, private, catholic or special needs none of them are perfect. But HVA is one of the hard working ones. My niece went, my Daughter is currently there and soon next year my nephew, both my niece and daughter are honor role students. Parents who don’t build a relationship with the school and staff don’t know the truth. Get involve and help improve the school instead of complaining. Ms Badillo is an amazing social worker and works closely with parents. She helps all the children in the building without complain. She goes out of her way for the kids., celebrate their birthdays and other things. They have family paint nights, musicals, band/chores performances, dance recitals and art shows. So try your luck and apply for the school.
La escuela tiene amiguísmo y favoritismo con algunos padres,cubren su falta de responsabilidad con la misma situación que una vive,no aceptan su falta y crean una impotencia en uno como padre,haciendo un lugar hostil para convivir que solo hace que los padre se peleen entre ellos sin solución alguna.
Ive lived by this school most of my life, dnt put your kids here, the programs and whatever they offer seems nice but its definitely not an ideal place to have a child go everyday to.
