We took a coach bus down to Texas and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The buses were cramped and on top of that, the a/c went out and something was wrong with the toilet so the whole bus reeked. On top of sweating our butts off for most of the trip, one of the drivers got us lost multiples times, missed exits, kept driving even though his gps said it was trying to reroute. These guys had to use their phones to navigate, not sure why the company wouldn’t supply them with a Garmin or something. The one driver was great and you could tell he had experience but the other one kept hitting curbs, not moving over for stopped cars on the interstate, and just generally being unsafe. We will for sure not be taking part in any further bus trips with this company again.
Didn’t care to hear a complaint about a school bus driver who was driving recklessly and bullying traffic with his bus. Got hung up on, one person put me on hold and ended the call, I resorted to emails and got ghosted. Hence this review.

This guy was changing lanes aggressively, speeding, following too closely, and damn near hit the back of our vehicle while we were turning downhill because he didn’t want to brake too much. He was following so closely that I had turned on my turn signal about 10 seconds in advance of the turn.

After seeing the article by KFYR about the Harlow’s bus driver shortage it all made sense: They’re willfully ignoring complaints because doing so would hurt their bottom line. People’s children are riding on these too, you know.
