Well who would have guessed that it could get worse. It’s only been 2 days since school reopened. Last year it was belair with the road blocked car rider line and they are doing much better so far with that, but now, it’s crossroads, with an extremely long line waiting to pick up kids. The school says that they release car riders at 3. But it’s usually always after. You would think, 2 schools next door to each other, and 2 apartment complexes across the street and students walking home crossing the street, buses trying to get in and out, they would have come up with a much better plan than this. Woe for the residents who have to go to work during this time or who have late afternoon appointments to go to. With all the staff who work at this school, obviously they could get a couple of them to chauffeur these kids to cars, cars to gone in a speedy matter. School dismisses at 245, why cant the kids go until 3? Surelye this will not last all year.
If you are moving to this area or thinking of having your child attend creekbend or Harrison county. Don’t. The bullying is out of hand, the administration is oblivious and negligent and the cafeteria and administration over the lunches is so bad. They literally shame kids who can’t afford lunch or forget it. If you want proof or have questions about this school and our experience please reach out to me at MrsHarris429 at gmàil email. It won’t let me type it out. I’m so angry and disappointed in this area and how bad it has gotten. DO NOT SEND YOU BABIES HERE. Run.
Worst school district by far. I can’t get anyone to help. My son is an English as a second language student. He is not receiving any help. I have called the school and district of three months. I decided to pull him out and do virtual so that maybe I can help him. I can’t even get any help on how to use the things I need for that. I’m so frustrated. Maybe someone will see this and reach out to be but I doubt it!!! Just sad. What happen to educating the student or No Child Left Behind!!!
