HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. this is maybe the 4th time my sister in law has called me to ask her if i can grab her son since the employees here clearly dont know how to take care of 3 year old. they’ve told her time after time, the supplies she leaves for her son, they would use and they havent touched a thing. [pull ups etc] shes told them how to assist, they give her their word, and its almost and everyday thing where they hand her son covered in pee all because the employees dont put on a pull up like they said they would? to the point where he no longer has any extra clothes but a cubby full of pampers that could have been utilized to prevent ANY OF THIS. lets not forget the time other children BIT him and admin did NOTHING. this academy is really becoming a nightmare for her and her family, interrupting their daily jobs cause they cant do theirs as they stated when enrolled.
My daughter has been in Harvard, before the remodel since she was in the infant room. She is now two and a half, driven, motivated, and social. We had her at a preschool prior to Harvard. The teachers care as if theyre their own. They know what should be attained at said various educational levels. School has recently been renovated, what a warm friendly atmosphere!!! Front staff, management, and teachers all make it a welcoming family environment. Hallways and classrooms all have a theme which makes drop off a bit easier in a rich environment. Thankful for this place. Thanks for keeping my kiddo safe, and maintaining our social outgoing and learned expectations! – Vanessa C.
I called with a few questions and Melissa was so lovely. I couldn’t believe she spent the time to help me. I was obviously stressed at the prospect of researching schools for our impeding move. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Harvard Academy is lucky to have her!
If you ever see this Melissa, thank you so much! I wish you all still had middle school so I could enroll my daughter. I know she would be in good hands with people like you around her. To others that may be interested in this school: go ahead and schedule a visit, you won’t be disappointed!
