Hatfield Nursery have been an amazing support to me and my 2 children. Very warm, friendly and happy environment. Home from home feel. Staff are amazing and take the time to ensure my children are happy and settled. They are both thriving in their development and I can’t thank the nursery enough. Management have been very understanding and supportive especially when I ran into financial difficulty. An agreed payment plan was made and as long as I stuck to the plan (which I did) all was fine.
Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Fab place for children. They even offer extra activities – disco, Rugby Tots etc.

Hatfield Nursery is the best Nursery in Torbay. Not only do they treat the children as family, but the facilities are absolutely fantastic. Huge outdoors area to play, soft play area indoors and lots of different rooms for each age group so that specific development is obtained for the correct age.

All 3 of my children have been in Nursery here. My eldest started at 3 years old, my second child started at 2 years old and my youngest has been there since the age of 7 months (he is now 3). They also run an after school club and holiday club for older children.

My children love the staff and love going here regularly. I could not find a better place for my children to be looked after and thrive while I am at work.

My son has been going to this provider for around 8 months now which he did very much enjoy going to the nursery. The confidentiality is absaulty disgusting they discuss finachial differculties infront of other parent’s and also discuss it with other peers guardians I’m so upset with the way I’ve been treated with the nursery. The girls who looked after my son was fantastic but management and the person who deals with the finacial side are rude and completely not professional at all. There is no support there for parents what so ever.

We have taken the decision to remove our daughter from the nursery with immediate effect. I was completely disgusted at the fact the staff & management discussed highly sensitive and personal information about our daughter infront of other parents. Not only this, when we reported that our daughter had returned to us with head-lice, we suggested a letter should be sent to other parents, to which they said they would do. It was then relayed to us that this didn’t happen and they thought a note on the notice board with be ok. The next time we went in, the notice wasn’t visible and the staff member said ” It must of fallen down”. I also had concerns over the lack of visibility open to us about how our daughter was getting on throughout the day. Upon placement, I was told we would have log in details to a portal which would allow us to get updates, despite asking a number of times, we have not had these details. Regarding eating habits – we know our daughter and what she does and doesn’t eat, so when we get lied to, we find this unacceptable.

Extremely poor nursery would advise never place kids hear staff don’t look after kids efficiently and lie to parents very two faced nursery worst one I’ve been too.
