So I said a year ago that the school wasn’t up to it’s standards anymore, and we’ll… It’s improved since I last went, but most things stay the same. I visited during school hours and talked to some of the students (about 10) and most said the things they where learning in class we’re very dull in the way the teachers taught. Another thing they said, was that bullying still seemed to be an issue after my leave from the school about 4 years ago. Back then bullying was almost erradicated at the school and we thought it was going to go obsolete, but then with this news it seems like the staff got tired at that point, and decided to stop their fight against bullying. I really want to see this school in another year back to the great standards it once was. Thanks for your time 🙂
Our son attended this school and he loved it, as did I. The school does really good at keeping the kids motivated and the staff really invests in their education. They have fun parent nights where the students can show off their art and they have plenty of after school activities to keep the learning going after hours. My son was being bullied here and they immediately addressed the issue so that it didn’t continue! Thank you Hearthwood for helping raise our little boy! He continues to use the knowledge he learned from here in his 6th grade life.
