Ive been on hold for 45 minutes. I have been unable to speak to a person to have my needs addressed. I cant schedule the class for my son online because the site isnt working and the link website for questions is not working. I will change my review if this problem can be mediated and my needs addressed at some point.
Update: I called again two days later and was able to get issues addressed.
Update 2/2021
Really frustrating the driver Susan who we were scheduled to have his in-car lessons with keeps cancelling on us (this is the third time total, the last two times were today and yesterday) they cancelled after we had already driven out to the location we agreed to meet, me with my two babies in tow) and he is running out of time to get his last lesson in. This whole process has been an extremely frustrating and taxing ordeal. You cant even call them to schedule or request a different driver. This business is not professional. Save your money, time, and energy and go elsewhere if you can. Im just disappointed who knows if he will even get his last lesson in time.
I called at the beginning of June to schedule two two-hours behind-the-wheel session and made my payment of $300.61 on June 14th. At the time I was told that the wait time is 4-6 weeks. Two weeks after I paid a lady called and confirmed that I would like to schedule two sessions, and said that shell contact me later but Ive never heard from her again. In the past two months I called the school line almost every two weeks, told to hold for at least ten minutes each time, and each time the person answered the call told me theres nothing they can do besides printing out my information and giving it to the person in charge of scheduling. Its now July 31st, my first driving test day and almost 7 weeks after I made the payment, and I still havent heard anything about my session being scheduled.
My daughter took online classes and was told she couldn’t schedule in car until they were complete. Have been trying to schedule in car sessions for 3 months. Was told to go online on Friday at 3:30pm because that’s when the schedule was posted. Was able to get 3 in car sessions scheduled, but have been looking every day for the 4th. They called once at the end of the day on a Friday and left a message on my daughter’s phone to pick up a lesson for the same weekend, but when she called back no one answered. At the end of August she’ll be at the 6 month mark that all lessons are required to be completed by. Then what? I have to pay again?! Was original going to go with DriveTeam in Copley, but was discouraged by the cost. Looks like I may be paying that anyway. Should have gone there.
