my kids are attending at Herbert Mill. I can’t wait for the end of the year school. My kids been pick on from the beginning of the school year until today.4/202017. I spoke to the teachers and the principal several time but no change. one of my son got kicked punched and push to on coming bus. when I voice my concern about my son’s safety it got worst for him. All I have to say is if you are planing sending your kids to Herbert Mills you need to believe what your child are saying to you and you need to look into it . make time and you will be surprise.
I used to attend this school, lived on ives and even left my mark on the doors to the storage pod they never used as a classroom (though they promised they would.) The teachers I had are probably dead: Potter, Reed, johnson… They were great people. However, faculty see a kid that grew quicker than others as the instigator, even if they are the victim. Bullies get off with no punishment. I will never send my child here again.
Today I attended Herbert Mills for “Lunch with a loved one” with my Grandson, Kaiden McCready. I just wanted to say that I think this is a wonderful idea and it seemed to be a big hit for everyone involved. I am sure the students LOVED having their loved ones there! THANKS for a GREAT experience!
