The new school is completely set up with 21 century computer technology. Students have thier own Chrome tablet to use. Thier is a large smart board in front of the class instead of a chalk board. The teacher can show any computer screen, program, YouTube video and Google search for the entire class to see.
The IEP facilities and handicap programs are great.
Everything about the school is great.
The problem is that Washington County School District office has incompetent administrators. Our school bus is always late for school. The district administrators appear completely unaware that the kids cant get breakfast and are tardy 10-20 minutes everyday. The district administrators just don’t care enough to solve it. We are lucky to get a bus is the attitude at the district office. That’s pathetic.
Love Heritage Elementary school.
