I sent my son to this school and after receiving the certificate they gave him a packet with outdated dps application and a check list that doesnt list the proper documents needed and since the beginning they gave me the wrong info about the hours for the class and they want to do all communications through messaging and never talk to u until u complain and if ur not satisfied with their services they wont refund ur money and the guy also claimed tht if we had an issue he would report the dps employee (lmao) and now he just sends a snobby message saying its not his job to help with dps issues he only teaches how to drive so yea i wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone
The driving instructor, Joey, was great himself. No issues with him. But due to anxiety problems I never finished the course. Called much later for information on my specific situation. Woman who answered was patronizing and rude after I asked a question on why it might take months to get all my driving hours. I called her out on it then claimed I was the one who needed to calm down. Dismissed my MH struggles. If everyone had my level of anxiety, no one would be driving.
She told me to just come in person and abruptly hung up the phone. This experience put me off and I went elsewhere.
