I never do reviews but I feel this one it’s important and make aware other parents , My son was transferred from another facility with excitement to go school , he never cry always Happy to go to school best experience at the Chino hills facility he attended for 7 months, he enjoyed every day and 2 incidents reports but any from bad behavior everything changed when we got switched to this facility, my son was fine for 3 days and after I started noticing he was crying at drop off at pick up time he will cry as well , behavior
changed, stared collecting reports for little things , I spoke to director and let them know I was trying to get to the bottom of it concerned for his behavior , I was aware of possibilities of autism she seems to understand professionally spoken with me from accidents but after 10 reports in a short period i stared noticing they where not my son’s fault and some were from not enough supervision on his class so I try to speak with director again but her assistant was next to her she couldn’t control her self she was so rude unprofessional speaking to me and expressing her self bad about my son and speaking on behalf of other parents like my son was a danger kid , next day i walked in to pick up my son and he was crying and the teacher was resisting him in the middle of her legs like that was gonna come him down , teachers and helpers dont welcome kids friendly they look like they do need the job but dont enjoy what they do .
Another day My son bottle wasn’t in place so I was looking for it but director told me if I see it I’ll have it wash and put water on it , coming back from weekend I saw the bottle thankfully I opened and it was dirt in it if I didn’t check I’m sure my son will drink it and that’s the day I didn’t leave my son, took him back home work from home and I give the 2 weeks notice , I didn’t care to waist my money it was full time charge lost money but and never have him back , director called me and ask me about 2 weeks notice I explained how unhappy and what happened was enough, she apologized for her stuff members , 2 weeks later I went to pick up his stuff ,my son was having a panic attack thinking I was gonna drop him off , I can said he have PTSD from this facility every time we pass by he cry , sadly he cant talk to tell me what they did to him.

I want to take a moment to give thanks to the teachers: Melody, Miriam, Jessica, and Yadira. My 1 year old went to this center in the 1 y/o room but I had to move her due to moving too far.

They cared for my daughter so well. My daughter liked being there. They constantly sent me updates and pictures of their activities. I also noticed that they went the extra mile, they would do my daughter’s hair when I wasn’t able to, they would nurture her and other kids when they needed extra attention, they were patient and kind when letting me know about incidents my daughter did. I never felt judged. I am going to miss this center, the teachers, the Asst Director and the Director. God bless them.

Hidden Valley KinderCare/Corona is a hidden GEM with a great location for a preschool/daycare. Ms. Iva Mae is hands on, and all her staff are so welcoming and care for the personal development of all the children. Our grandson (Raulito),
has grown so much in a short time from the wonderful teachers taking the time and patience to learn and teach him in his growth and development. The teachers always keep us informed on his progress. The facility has such great classrooms sizes, full of learning, fun, and making friends for our grandson throughout the day. We love being part of your family.
