5-6 years ago I couldn’t speak highly enough. Unfortunately, it’s all money focused these days.
It use to be about the kids, and use to have high Christian values, this is not the case anymore. When change of management occured, i was alarmed at how many staff left, there were a lot! Huge red flag. However, I gave new managment a chance. It just got worse. It became extremely apparent it was focussed on money.
The school use to have a heart. Where nobody was left out and nobody was left to struggle. The support team for the kids those years ago were outstanding. I noticed the big difference under new management, they couldn’t provide the same level of expertise as the previous staff.
All the top teaching faculty left.
It’s incredibly concerning.
Parents are leaving the school in droves.
Only way they’ll come back is going back to how it was, for that to happen all the 20+ staff they lost, would need to come back. Money would need to be a low priority and then, only then will the school thrive again.
Once upon a time, everyone spoke highly of this school, that’s how i heard about it all those many years ago and it lived up to it’s name.
I still remember meeting the lovely man who helped make & build the school, he was the previous head of college. He had a vison and he was such a wonferful man.
All the previous principals, coordinators were just outstanding.
I’ll never forget how wonderful this school was.
Former parent with multiple children that attended over the past 10 years.
5 years ago I couldn’t speak highly enough of the school. Unfortunately the school has gone in a different direction and I can’t speak the same about it anymore.
The constant change in leadership has caused a lot of disruption and chaos.
It is an organisation that is solely focused on money making and image over the children’s well-being and education.
It’s almost become a cult in the way the leadership team manages issues with the kids and other issues within the school.
Also if you child has an extra needs they will be put in the to hard basket and fall far behind.
Such ashame.
Very disappointing
