I went to this school back in the 70s it was a great little school then, reading some of the other reviews is sad to hear, teachers are the greatest resource for the children, parent support and community support aid the future of our children.
I’ve been a Board member and Auckland School Trustee Association Representative. All schools fundraise, all have bullies, some have staffing problems as we struggle to pay them what they’re worth.
We teach Latin, French, German, and our own Te Reo, in an English speaking world. No body ever moaned about it, we were expanding our children’s minds. Let us not forget they are our future, lets not limit them to a future of negativity and prejudice.

Almost free Music Education(price cheaper than one private lesson covers half of the year) so I did 3 , Ukulele , Violin, Recorder and whithin a year my boy now knows how to play few songs in violin and all the songs in uke (without any private lesson)and loves his school.
Worst school I’ve experienced.
If you have the option….. do not choose this school! To many problems to name . But the principal is so bad, she really doesn’t care about the kids . She has no problems in taking money from them. For example….. makes the kids bake things and drop them off to the office, then the kids have to BUY their baking back from the teachers. The kids don’t even get to sell their stuff them selves.

Lots of bullying, change of teachers, forcing Te reo instead of literacy and maths.
Great school. Very happy to have my 2 kids attend here.
