Abandon Ship! We really wanted to like this school as there was so potential. However, in the past 4 years they’ve had 4 different principals with the most recent one suspiciously absent. The most recent superindependent has also left. Something has gone seriously awry. The Board recently provided us with the most politician-lack-of-transparency response about student safety? I was wasn’t concerned about safety until now. Apparently several teachers are not certified, which is not the biggest deal, but again no transparency. The school has asked us, the parents, guardians, and families to be patient with them, but I say enough is enough. Spare yourself the heartache of hoping in a system that is clearly wounded.

Update: The first and fourth graders went on a field trip recently. They grossly limited the chaperones and the trip we ill prepared. No one even paid for the students ahead of time, therefore taking up the attention of the teachers to only leave the remaining students under supervised. Was any of this reported? Nope. The more we learn about happenings, the more regrets we have.

I applied to enroll my two children last week and received a callback today. I happened to miss their call and called back 5 minutes later. I don’t know who answered the phone but the lady on the other end asked me what I wanted in an unprofessional manner, after telling her I received a missed call. Between her hurried tiling and kids yelling in the background,I thanked her, and told her I would call back, so I called back hoping to get someone else on the phone. When I called back the second time to ask to speak to the Director, different person this time, they immediately hung up on me. Between the bad reviews and unresponsive by owner of previous bad reviews, I gathered that this school is probably as chaotic and not worth the headache, as other parents mentioned.
I am extremely disappointed in the leadership of this school. It was brought to my attention by my 3 year old daughter that her prek 3 teacher Ms.Myers hit her and would hit other students as well. I filed a complaint with the school and because there was not enough evidence to prove the act had been done they have allowed the teacher to continue teaching in that class. I don’t recommend this school to any one. Especially one that doesn’t hold a voice for even our smallest babies.
