Most teachers there are poor excuses for teachers. They don’t take anxiety seriously like they should. Some rules of the school make me feel insecure & anxious on an extreme level. It’s especially the facial hair rule for guys, I wanna look my age & I look my age with facial hair. Oh & the food isn’t good enough. The teachers don’t even let you eat in class which is just plain stupid because any student can’t think properly while they’re hungry. It’s common sense really. That’s all for the 1st star. The 2nd star is legit only for the friends I’ve made there. Thank goodness that I’m a senior this year so I can leave that place soon.
The only reason this school is getting 3 stars is because my best memories are from its brilliant Orchestra, Art, English, and Theatre departments. Those are really the only good memories that I have from this jailhouse. The teachers I truly loved and learned from were Turner, Burris, Hill, Ingram Engel, and Holley. Many teachers only care about chatting with students, or simply don’t care at all. The Administrators run the place like a prison. Lunch is gross, CiCi’s pizza is overpriced, roach infestation in cafeteria. If you can, go to Poteet.
This school is by far one of the worst school I have been to yet. You have principles that are very unprofessional, like say if you got in trouble a principal there named Mrs. Wiggins will role her eyes and laugh at you during a serious moment. Teachers will purposely miss place your work Ive done many assignments and turned them in and receive no grade and Im an A B student. This school does not know how to control very serious situations meaning if there was a fight they would be there till after the fight to get every one
