Just finished my very last day in the Esthetics Program at House of Heavilin beauty College, it is so bittersweet. I have loved my time as a student at this school and it has refreshed my love for learning. This school has not only helped and walked me through my passion but continued the challenge me to be better and better.
The course is very easy to follow and all instructors are very passionate and knowledgable in the way they teach. It has been an honor to learn from them and I cant wait to use what they have taught and shown me in the professional beauty industry. They strive in figuring out ways to better provide a smooth and thoroughly thought out education plan. And take advice given by classmates on how to improve.
I am leaving the school with two extra certificates in lash extensions and brow lamination due to the opportunities they supplied and continue to offer.
I have enjoyed my time at this school and recommend to anyone looking to get into the beauty industry. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I took my daughter in to get hair and nails done for jr prom. I don’t remember the girl that did her nails but she did a great job and asked plenty of questions to ensure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. Rachel did my daughter’s hair and again asked questions and was detail oriented to again ensure my daughter got what she wanted. All in all it was a great experience! We were there for a few hours but I also didn’t make an appointment just did a walk in and they were definitely busy. My only real complaint would be the older woman working at the counter when we got checked in seeming inconvenienced by us not having an appointment, again my mistake since they do walk in appointments on Saturdays. If you are low on funds like me but still want to pamper yourself I would recommend going here. Thank you ladies for being patient and friendly!!
I scheduled a facial for myself just to be pampered during my Spring Break on 3/22/24. That’s exactly how I felt! Brittany was my esthetician and she went above and beyond! The scalp, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage while the products were working during my facial were added bonuses to my facial experience! My face felt very hydrated and smooth all day. My makeup went on smoother the next day as well and I still can tell my face received attention and extra hydration! I highly recommend Brittany and the school! I’m a teacher and I know students learn best by doing and practicing! I appreciate the school allowing customers to come in so their students can work with real clients!
