We love Huntington Christian School! The staff and teachers are faithful servants to the Lord and have a true love and passion for the students and the school. We have been extremely happy with our teachers over the years and my children love to go to school everyday. The teachers are encouraging, supportive, and loving while staying disciplined and setting high expectations for the students. My kids have thrived at this school. The academics are strong, the families are involved, and the teacher-to-student ratio is where it should be. The school goes to 8th grade which is a great plus, allowing the students to spend their middle school years in an environment that is not only strong academically, but also promotes strong character building and prepares them for High School. The Registrar, Karrie, is wonderful – it is worth scheduling a tour of the school and learning more if you’re thinking about attending a Christian private school!
We LOVE this school! Our daughter just started kindergarten and we are already overwhelmed with joy that God has lead us to HCS. The staff are patient & loving and the school’s communication is above par. We feel very informed about all activities, goals, assignments. The school as a whole seems to run very smoothly and with divine wisdom. They aim 1st to ground children in Christ but are strong in academics too. The leadership team values community so they make the transition for new students very comfortable with meet & greets, back to school picnics and other activities that promote bonding between parents, students and staff. The parents we have met so far are wonderful and those who are seasoned volunteers have invited all parents to be involved as much or as little as our lives allow. FANTASTIC CHOICE! Highly recommended…
This is our family’s 8th year at Huntington Christian School and I couldn’t be happier. The teachers are amazing! They go above and beyond to educate and ensure a positive learning experience. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. I think my children are receiving an excellent faith filled education.
