This school is great for students who want to experience something new. HOWEVER in my personal experience they are WAY too strict with pushing the kids. [They don’t just provide activities for the kids to attend. They FORCE THEM, which does not work for all kids. They force the kids to attend ALL the activities from 6am breakfast to 10pm clean up. And then put excessive hw loads on them to complete whenever they finally get a chance to breath]- excel program

IN ADDITION they have been disorganized in every way. When I try to call they have NEVER picked up. When we went to move in the process took 3hrs longer than they said it would. Extremely upset at the fact they expect the students to be on top of their game but the staff isn’t meeting their own expectations. Hypocrites.

Great sense of community. Classes range in difficulty from biology (easy) to math (challenging). However, the computer science classes are lacking in my opinion. Communication and transparency isn’t great either. Overall, good school, but don’t feel like you’re missing out if you go to a well funded public school.
My brother goes here, he loves it! He doesn’t even want to go home! Although that might just be because he’s a teenager. Most teens don’t want to see their parents anymore. I said most teens, not all.
