Do not go here if you care about your child! The only positive reviews on here are left by the staff or grandchildren or spouses of the director Pam. I do not know how she still has a job after how she hides every awful thing that she does. The turnover of the teacher rate is so awful because the teachers are the only ones that care. When they go to report things that are wrong that are happening they get turned down because oak is besties with the ceo Rose of the company and denies everything and covets it up. So teachers quit because they know they will never will again corporate. The best thing imagine can do is fire Pam, Des- who does nothing and Rochelle and hire all new management to keep the place going the way it should be with the kids safety first. Then they should work on getting the place accredited like all the other educational centers and feed the kids better healthier real food and give them seconds. For such a beautiful building it really is ugly inside with the wrong people running it. There have been many behind the scenes awful things that have happened that have been covered up by management to save those own Butts. Corporate should really look deep into these comments ( not the fake ones from family members) but the real ones and consider getting to the bottom of why there are so many teachers quitting, why there are so many rooms over ratio. Why they are under staffed, why people keep leaving their facility instead of caring about how much money it brings in each month. The kids dont even actually learn anything, they sit at the table and play with the same toys everyday. The place is the worst place I have ever seen! Do not send your child here if you love them
This place is terrible. The reason they have a high turnover of teachers is because management does not back them up. They also tell teachers that if they write too many incident reports that it makes the teacher look bad so they bully teachers into not reporting injuries to parents. Many teachers leave because by being told not to report things, they are asking teachers to break the law. The menu they show parents is rarely what they actually feed the kids but they tell teachers to put in the app that the kids were fed what was on the menu. The food is gross and most of the kids eat it begrudgingly and are denied seconds if theyre still hungry. If the kids dont eat the food, they tell teachers to report to parents that they did so you wont even know your child has starved all day. Most of the technology doesnt work. They dont even replace batteries in the wall clocks if thats any indication of the lack of effort management puts in. Only two of the bowling lanes work and usually the kids get to bowl 30 minutes on fridays and thats enough time for each kid to throw the ball twice. Teacher to child ratio is always bad. Management is the problem here. There is a reason why the company that owned this daycare before went under and sold this daycare to imagine. Im shocked the new company (imagine) kept the same management there. Also notice some of the good reviews are by a manager, an employee and the directors husband. Major scamming happening in the reviews.
Our son has been at this location for at least the past 3 years, and we have not had one single issue. They are very communicative about everything including any problems, and report situations immediately. We have an extremely delicate coparenting situation, and they go out of their way to make sure they understand our custody schedule, and ensure our son is taken care of at all times.
Ms. Pam and the other staff are extremely supportive and understanding, and we feel very confident in the care our son receives when he is with Imagine. The facility is clean and the activities are plentiful. Theyve even agreed to help our son with homework from school as he doesnt always get the support he needs when he is not with us.
We have zero complaints about the care and attention our son receives and you should absolutely give them a try if you live in the Atascocita area.
