I go to this school and just started last year the school year just ended and I’m going to 6th grade I’m very excited… TO LEAVE I personally think that the students here cuss a lot and that the teachers are mad annoying and our principle MR.PALMER decided to call my mom because I was “degrading someone as a person” Im not going to say what happedned but anyways, the second reason is the art teacher MS.ROBERSTS and the music teacher MR.Earl I dont know how to spell his name Ms.Roberts had the adasity to say that I was her least fav student and that iw as a rude person and she yells at my whole class for no reason nobody likes her except for the kindergarteners and she is sooooo annoying she is this wrinkley old lady and she loves to be in other peoples business, second is Mr.Earl and he is sooooo annoying whenever I don’t sing for 2 seconds in music then he says I WILL LOWER YOUR GRADE or STOP TRYING TO DEGRADE THE LESSON like shut up! and if its not a student he likes them he makes faces and is rude and I cant even keep my snap streak up with him in the class…. bUt oThEr thAn ThOsE minor issues the school is ok… kinda

P.s HELP (not rlly)

Was able to get my 3rd grader enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year and haven’t had issues. Teachers have a decent amount of absences but they are human too. Lots of communication via email, text, Bloomz, and school Facebook page. Diverse school with all kinds of families and staff. Lots of activities to participate in. Homework is a bit confusing/ very limited. Not always sure what’s homework vs practice for my kid however reading is a huge focus at the school of course! Carpool can get hectic like any school but as long as you are patient it’s bearable. Parking lot is very hard to navigate and parking is very limited for large events. Overall satisfied though. I can reach out and get answers for concerns pretty quickly and my child feels safe, loved, and confident to grow in their education journey.
This is great school. All three of my children have either attended or are currently attending and will finish out elementary school here. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the teacher and staff. They have extra-curricular activities after school and a sports leauge through the charter association. My son was part of the Fall Baseball team and has an awesome time. Coach A was excellent with the kids and very patient with teaching them the sport. Would highly recommend to anyone.
