We hired a private instructor contracted through Impact for about six months for piano, for my daughter who was around six at the time. Her instructor, Vincent, was contracted through Impact (and worked there as well) became extremely angry and unprofessional with her when he decided “she wasn’t practicing enough”. He slammed the keyboard downd and said basically, “If you don’t want to practice I don’t want to teach you.” My daughter was reduced to tears. We never received an apology, took our daughter out of their program, and have never heard from Impact again. and unprofessional.

(Edit) This is to respond to the owners response to my review. Excuse me, but I am certainly allowed to leave a review that expresses my families experience. Furthermore, there is really nothing you could do that would put my daughters tears back in her head, or make her bad experience not happen. Your response to my review strikes me as far more defensive then apologetic. No one is above criticism or feedback, that is why google has reviews for businesses! I’ll give ya’ll another star for bothering to respond, although I’m not crazy about the response. I’d also like to ask you-and you could have posted this in your response-are your instructors vetted? Reviewed? Given background checks? Are there cameras present in your facilities? These are all questions that I asked myself after my daughters experience. Again-you are not above criticism, no business is. Please examine yourself, you are working with children. Read the essence of my review! An old man was cruel to my child! This is unacceptable!!

We have attended this dance studio for the past two years. My daughter, who started at two years old, just loves her dance instructor Miss Andrea. She’s attentive to the young dancers. They have so much fun while they learn techniques and routines. Now she is four years old and she has such a passion for dancing. It amazes me how much she has learned. She always wants to practice and show off her dance moves. I highly recommend it.
We are part of their homeschool theatre classes and my daughter absolutely loves them! The owners are so professional and really know their craft (They are working actors)! We are planning on doing a summer camp for both of our daughters this year!
