Impact has been the best decision I made to improve my English. This college offers the possibility to meet plenty of people from different nationalities. The staff at Impact are amazing; everyone is available all the time to help you. In my opinion, I recommend Impact if your goal is to improve your language skills.
The best English college in Melbourne, they have a rule: ‘Only English.’ This is excellent because it allows you to improve your English by speaking it every day. The education methodology is also very good. I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it. At Impact, they take your learning very seriously.
My opinion about the school is that, in terms of English teaching, it is acceptable. The rule of speaking English all the time within the premises is positive, as it encourages continuous practice of the language. However, the quality of the teachers varies significantly: while some are really good, others are quite mediocre.

Unfortunately, the facilities leave much to be desired. The common areas are in deplorable condition, especially the bathrooms, which always have a bad smell and are rarely clean. The classrooms are uncomfortable, which affects the learning experience.

Given the high tuition fees, one would expect much more in terms of infrastructure and services. Additionally, it seems they always find a way to charge extra for anything, which is frustrating for students and their families.

P.S. Never take the business course–it’s terrible.

I’ve had a great time so far studying at Impact. I really enjoy the classes, they are very dynamic and fun. Great environment to learn English. Also Paula Fernandez has been really helpful with everything at any time. Highly recommended.
Impact English College has been the best experience ever. I would definitely recommend it. Not only you get to have wonderful teachers, but also the staff is friendly and helpful. I can definitely tell a difference in my English level before and after.
