We were referred to Inspire International School by a friend who had sent his daughter there. His daughter suffered from delayed speech development because the parents were going through divorce. The girl couldn’t say a word when she was sent to the school around age 2. In the school, Ms Sowmya took really good care of her and encouraged her to talk. She became a happy child again and was able to do public speaking in front of her classmates in a year or so. The friend was very appreciative of the experience and help from Ms Sowmya. His daughter is 10 years old now but still visits the school often ever since graduation.
We’ve been looking around in Pleasanton for schools for our 20 months old son for a while before we’ve decided on Inspire. We thought about Montessori schools first. But then we heard from our friend that her son got severe diaper rashes from the Montessori school the he went to because the school teachers were too busy to check on him. We also heard stories about other schools ignoring the crying child and the child went home with swollen eyes every day. At that point we just hope to find a school with a teacher who is loving and caring and really cares about our son, doesn’t matter Montessori or not.
We are very glad about our decision to send our son to Inspire. The school is a home based daycare/preschool. There are 12 students with 3 teachers so every child gets enough attention from the teachers. The lead teacher is Ms Sowmya. I like how she sets rules and guides all the children to follow in a playful way. I also like that she’s very patient and respects the individual child’s developmental stage. She motivates them to achieve more but never forces them to do things too challenging. She tries hard to create a happy environment so the children enjoy going to school.
Inspire will always hold a special place in our hearts because this is the first school that we sent our son to. He was very clingy to us. Ms Sowmya guided us through the whole process and did the hard job to help him become independent and get used to going to school. We see obvious changes in him in a couple of months since he started school. He talks more, always cleans up after playing with toys, holds a pen properly. He also recognizes his name in writing. I think one big plus is that the kids are of mixed ages. The older kids are 3-4 years old and can always be the leaders/role models for the younger kids.
Ms Sowmya is also like a shrink to us lol. She Encourages us, first time parents, to be strong when kid has to leave us… she also gave us invaluable tips on how to bring up our toddler.
Now we have to switch schools because the family has to relocate to another city. Our son is able to adapt to the current school quickly because Ms Sowmya has already done the most difficult part of the job to get him used to the school environment. The teachers in the current school are surprised about how he cleans up toys every time after playing. Other kids at the same age in the current school still can’t hold a pen properly when drawing. My son is like a role model for other kids in the current school. We are very proud of him and wish he could continue to go to Inspire to learn more. We highly recommend Inspire to anyone who is looking for schools for their toddlers. We are very grateful for the experience!
We are writing to highly recommend Inspire International Preschool in Pleasanton, run by the passionate and dedicated teacher Ms Sowmya and Team. Our daughter started at Inspire when she was just 2yrs old and has grown into curious, smart kid( going Inspire International School from past ~1.5+ years) thanks to Inspire International School. In our opinion, Ms Sowmya is a blessing and a guiding angel for all the kids and parents. Her approach to teaching and nurturing young children is unparalleled, and she has a remarkable ability to turn around any kid and set them ahead of the curve.

Ms Sowmya ensures that every child is given enough individual attention, and she works with each child to develop a personalized plan to strengthen them in all aspects. The periodic checkpoints and daily feedback that she provides give us peace of mind and a clear understanding of how our daughter is doing.

We have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and education that Ms Sowmya provides at Inspire International Preschool. Our daughter loves the school and looks forward to going there every day. In fact, she would want to go even on holidays! This is a testament to the positive and supportive environment that Ms Sowmya has created.

Furthermore, it is heartening to see that many of the alumni kids have a special bond to Ms Sowmya and visit her often. It’s not uncommon for alumni kids to visit her often, even years after they’ve left the school. This is a clear indication of the profound impact she has had on their lives and the special connection she has created with them. Additionally, we have noticed that most of the alumni kids are ahead in their classes in top public or private schools after graduating from Inspire International School, further demonstrating the effectiveness of Ms Sowmya’s teaching methods.

We highly recommend Inspire International Preschool and Ms Sowmya to anyone looking for a home-based daycare that offers a positive and supportive environment for young children. Her dedication and expertise in teaching young children is truly unmatched, we feel fortunate to have found her and we are grateful for all that she has done for our daughter.

A big shout out for @Sowmya Ramakrishnan? , who runs Inspire International School off of Wade Ct.

We were blessed to be able to send our little girl to her amazing daycare – preschool. Sowmya and her staff are the best childcare providers and teachers I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. They aren’t just teachers – they’re a second set of parents and it’s very evident as well. Every child that goes there comes back home happy and ready for the next day – because Miss Sowmya is their best friend and they can’t wait to see her.
Every milestone that I’ve seen in Nyra is a function of Miss Sowmyas nurturing, guiding and challenging her. She treats every child like her own and we absolutely 100% recommend her and her staff. You can blindly entrust the care of your children with them.
