The school has great teachers and students which are eager to learn and be successful as well as a great community of parents. However, the school’s administration is a very toxic one. The school’s faculty has been almost entirely “overhauled” in the last two school years. If success is to be achieved, the administration would have to either change their treatment toward faculty and parents or get replaced by a better one.
What a sorry excuse for a school! Communication is terrible. I thought over time it would get better. If you have another choice where to sign up your child for their elementary education go with a better rated school. Their lunch options are not very healthy. ie: PB&J sandwich, pancakes and sausage, or a soggy ham and processed cheese sandwich. I personally thought there were standards for DPS.
