ISP UAE is terrible, ignoring emails, calls and complaints

ISP basically downgrading the quality of any school.
ISP acquired my kids’ schools in Dubai last year.
This year the impact was very clear the quality is very low and the communication with the school principal is awful
I never imagined that I will recieve threatening email from the school principal because I wrote a feedback about the school quality.

Please avoid any ISP school

It is very hard to contact them to complain about the office in uae, the office in uae is total failure , the isp policy is getting our school in dubai down (star international school eltwar primary ) their policy is runing a school without a principle losing teachers in the middle of the year ,starting the year with shortage in the stuff , 2 classes started the year without a teacher for a whole term , their is no policy to prevent bulling alot of kids are suffering in the school of bullying .
The isp is a total failure system only cares about profit , this why they are losing their qualified stuff to replace with others not qualified enough with lower salaries even they are raising the school fees.. it is a total failure system the school was amazing until the isp bought the school the previous year
The school reputation is down everyone is complaining about in social media and isp doesn’t care all they care about the profit only
